Sussex Home and Energy Inspectors (SHEI) are an independent licensed Home and Energy practice based near Brighton .We cover the Brighton and Mid Sussex areas and undertake both the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Condition Reports (HCR) which are required In the Home Information Pack (HIP) to be implemented as part of the Home selling process from June 1^st 2007.

 

 

Our locally based inspectors and surveyors provide a courteous and efficient service to estate agents, solicitors and the homeowner. Our personnel are registered and certified Home Inspectors holding Dip HI qualification and licenced by SAVA.
